You can teach. You just have nowhere for it to land.
The AI Client Acquisition Launch Kit is a workshop to booked calls system for somebody who has no system yet. One workshop, the registration and confirmation copy that fills it, five follow up sequences for the five kinds of people it produces, and a GoHighLevel starter snapshot that holds all of it. One complete path, run end to end, rather than a library of parts you have to assemble.

The workshop is the easy part
Most people in this position can teach. Put them in front of twenty of the right people for an hour and something good happens. That part is not the bottleneck and it never was.
The bottleneck is everything around it. Where does a registration go. What does the confirmation say. Who gets a reminder, and when. What happens to the eleven people who registered and did not show, which is normally about half of them. What happens to the four who showed and asked a question at the end. What happens between somebody saying they are interested and somebody sitting on your calendar.
That is six or seven separate small systems, and every one of them is boring, and none of them get built, so the workshop happens and nothing comes of it and the conclusion everybody draws is that workshops do not work. They work. The follow up was never there.
Who this is for
You are a consultant, a service provider or a small agency. You know what you sell and you can talk about it for an hour without notes. What you do not have is anywhere for the people who listen to go afterwards: no pipeline, no follow up, no calendar behind it, and no idea which of the four you should build first.
You do not have an offer yet. This kit assumes you already know what you sell and to whom, and it will not help you decide that. It also assumes you are willing to run a live workshop yourself, because the entire system is built around one, and there is no version of this that works without you on the call.
Already running GoHighLevel with real inbound lead volume, and the actual problem is that nobody answers those leads fast enough? Skip this and read First Reply instead. This kit builds the pipeline. That one puts AI on the front of a pipeline you already have. Read First Reply.
What you get
One complete workflow, in the order you build it, plus the snapshot that holds the moving parts. Written for somebody doing this for the first time, so nothing in it assumes you already know what a pipeline stage is for.
The workshop outline.
A run sheet for one hour: what happens in each block, where the demonstration goes, where the questions go, and where the invitation to a call goes so it lands as the next step rather than as a pitch tacked on the end. Editable, and written to be rewritten in your own words.
The worksheet your attendees fill in.
The thing that turns a passive hour into a session where people write down their own numbers. It is also the best qualification instrument in the kit, because somebody who filled it in has told you what their problem is without being interviewed.
The registration and confirmation copy.
The landing page copy, the confirmation page copy, and the invitation templates you send to the list, the group and the individual you actually want in the room. Three different asks, because they are three different relationships.
Five follow up sequences.
Registrants before the session, attendees after it, no shows, people who said they were interested, and people who booked a call. Five, because sending one sequence to all five is why follow up gets called spam. Each one has a defined end rather than running until somebody unsubscribes.
The GoHighLevel starter snapshot.
Forms, one pipeline with stages that mean something, the calendar wiring, and the workflows that move a person between them. It is deliberately the light version: no AI answering layer, nothing clever, just the scaffolding that has to exist before anything else is worth building on top of it.
The launch and testing guide.
Setup in order, then the test cases: register as yourself, do not attend on purpose, reply to the sequence, book a call, and cancel one. Five tests that take twenty minutes and find the two things that are always wired backwards.
The cost worksheet.
What running this actually costs you per month once the software subscription, the email sends and the SMS segments are counted. Your numbers, not ours, and separate from the $49, which buys the kit and nothing else.
The troubleshooting checklist.
The failures that show up in the first week, in the order they show up: the confirmation that never sends, the reminder that fires at the wrong hour, the duplicate contact, the booking link that offers a slot you are not free for, and the sequence that keeps talking to somebody who already booked.

What $49 is priced against
It is priced against the hours. Writing five sequences from nothing, building a pipeline you have never built before and finding out on the day that the confirmation email was never enabled is a weekend, and it is a weekend most people spend once and abandon halfway through.
We are not going to tell you what the workshop will produce, because we have no idea. That depends on your offer, who is in the room and whether you follow up, and anybody quoting you a figure for it is quoting you a figure they made up.
What we will tell you is what is in the file, which is the list above, and that the list is the whole list. There is no invented dollar value beside each item and no total at the bottom.
Thirty days, and you decide
Read it. Import the snapshot. If you do not think it was worth $49, tell us inside thirty days and we refund it in full.
You decide that, not us. We will not ask whether you ran the workshop, because whether you ran it is your business and a refund policy that requires proof of effort is a refund policy designed not to be used.
What people ask before they buy this
Do I need GoHighLevel for this to be worth anything?
The snapshot needs it. Everything else does not: the outline, the worksheet, the page copy, the five sequences, the test cases and the troubleshooting list are all platform independent, and people run them on other CRMs by hand. If you are not on GoHighLevel and have no plan to be, you are buying roughly two thirds of the kit, and you should know that before you buy rather than after.
Is this the same thing as First Reply?
No, and they are built not to be. First Reply is an AI layer that answers, qualifies and books inbound leads for somebody who already has them. This builds the pipeline those leads land in, for somebody who does not have one yet. If you already have lead flow and the problem is response time, buy that one instead of this one.
Is this a way to make money reselling software?
No. It is a workflow for getting your own qualified sales calls. There is no earnings claim anywhere in it, no downline, and nothing in the kit depends on you referring anybody to anything. If that is what you are looking for, this is the wrong purchase and we would rather say so here.
What does it cost to run, on top of the $49?
A GoHighLevel subscription at whatever they charge you, plus the email and SMS usage for the sequences, billed by them. We do not resell either and we take no margin on your usage. The cost worksheet in the kit is there so you can work out your own monthly number before you commit to it.
Do I need an audience already?
You need somebody to invite. That can be a list of forty people, a group you are already in, or a partner who has an audience and does not have a workshop. What the kit cannot do is produce an audience out of nothing, and the invitation templates assume you have somewhere to send them.
How long before I can run the first one?
The setup is an afternoon if you already have a GoHighLevel account, plus however long it takes you to put the outline in your own words, which is the part that is actually yours. Most of the delay for most people is deciding on a date, and that decision is not a technical problem.
This kit is educational. It teaches a workflow and gives you the files to run it. It does not promise clients, revenue, booked calls or income of any kind, because those depend on your offer, who you invite and whether you follow up, and none of those are in the file. The software it runs on is a separate subscription billed to you by GoHighLevel, and the email, SMS and AI usage on top of that is billed by them too, not by us.
Pick a date, then build the thing that catches what it produces.
The outline, the worksheet, the registration and confirmation copy, the invitation templates, five follow up sequences, the starter snapshot, the launch and testing guide, the cost worksheet and the troubleshooting checklist.
Thirty days to decide it was worth it, and you are the one who decides.
