One workshop. The whole pipeline on screen.
A free hour for consultants, service providers and small agencies who can teach an audience and have nowhere for that audience to land afterwards. We build the path from a registration to a booked call live, in a real account, and we run the three moments where it goes wrong rather than editing them out.
Free to attend. Nothing is sold during the hour, and the slides are not held back behind a form afterwards.
THE NEXT DATE IS NOT PUBLISHED YET.
Registration is not open yet
There is no date set and no registration behind this form yet, so it is switched off rather than collecting addresses into somewhere nobody is reading. You can see below exactly what it will ask for when it opens.
If you want the date the moment there is one, email us and you will get it. That is a person with an inbox, not a list.
Where the calendar hold and the run sheet go.
The hour, in the order it happens
Written out in advance so you can decide whether it is worth an hour of your time before you give us one. If a block below is not the reason you would come, the honest answer is probably that this is not for you.
0:00
What this is, and what it is not
It is a build session for one specific workflow: a workshop that produces qualified sales calls. It is not a survey of AI tools, and there is no software you have to buy during the hour to follow along.
0:05
A registration, from the outside in
Somebody fills in the form. On screen: the contact record it creates, the fields it sets, the confirmation that goes out and what that confirmation says. Most people have never watched this happen from the inside.
0:15
The five people a workshop produces
Registrants, attendees, no shows, the ones who said they were interested, and the ones who booked. Five different states, five different next messages. Sending one sequence to all five is the single most common reason this stops working.
0:30
Follow up, and where it is allowed to stop
The sequences, live, including the part that gets skipped: the defined end. A follow up that runs until somebody unsubscribes is not persistence, it is an unsubscribe machine with a delay on it.
0:40
The three things that go wrong
An escalation, where the automation stops and a person takes the conversation. A duplicate that gets suppressed instead of sending somebody the same message twice. And the switch that stops every automated send at once. This is the block that is actually worth the hour.
0:50
Questions, and what this costs to run
Real numbers for the subscription and the usage, and an honest answer about which parts of this are worth doing by hand until you have the volume to justify automating them.
What you leave with
- The run sheet for the hour, so you can run your own version of it rather than borrowing ours.
- The five segments, written down, with the next message defined for each one.
- The three failure cases, and what a system that handles them looks like compared with one that does not.
- A cost answer you can take to whoever signs for the software.
Who this hour is for
Consultants, service providers and small agencies who already know what they sell. You can hold a room for an hour and you have nothing behind the hour: no pipeline, no follow up, no calendar, and no clear idea which of those to build first.
It is not for somebody who has not decided what they sell yet, and it is not a course on AI generally. If you already run a CRM with real lead flow and the problem is response time rather than structure, the hour will mostly tell you things you know.
The part nobody demonstrates
Every demonstration of this kind of system shows the happy path, because the happy path is the one that films well. The happy path is not where these systems fail. These three are, and all three are on screen during the hour.
The escalation.
A message arrives that the automation should not answer: a complaint, a legal question, somebody asking plainly for a human. What has to happen is that the automation stops and a named person takes it. Watch where that decision lives and how you would change it.
The suppressed duplicate.
The same person registers twice, or registers and then replies, and two sequences now have something to say to them. A system with no suppression sends both. You will see the check that stops the second one, which is about four minutes of work and is almost never there.
The stop switch.
One setting that halts every automated send at once, without deleting a workflow, unpublishing anything or losing the people already in flight. If you cannot stop a system you own by yourself, in under a minute, you do not really own it.
One hour, and the unhappy paths are in it.
The registration, the record, the five segments, the follow up with an end on it, the escalation, the suppressed duplicate and the stop switch.
Free, and nothing is sold during the hour.
FREE TO ATTEND. THE RUN SHEET ARRIVES WHETHER YOU MAKE IT OR NOT.
